Store Policies and Shipping Information
*WARNING* By placing an order, you [the buyer] understand and accept the risks associated with international and domestic shipping that may include but are not limited to: delayed shipping, failed delivery, lost items, packages frozen in customs, etc. Once your order leaves the Pose Warehouse, your order is final and Pose cannot be held responsible for the delayed or unsuccessful delivery of your shipment and any associated costs with the product or shipping involved in your [the buyer’s] order.
USA Domestic Shipping
- Please allow 0-3 business days for us to prepare and send out your order. You will receive a tracking notice once your order has shipped.
- Then, allow about 2-5 business days for our carriers to deliver your order.
International Shipping
- There may be carrier delays in your country due to COVID-19. You should check if your country is accepting international shipments at this time; that is your responsibility, not the responsibility of Pose Wigs.
- Normally, First Class International shipments take approximately 10-30 business days to arrive. However, there are worldwide shipping delays due to the pandemic. You could expect delivery to take longer than 30 business days, to some countries.
- Shipments to Canada normally take 1-2 weeks; but again, please be patient during these unusual times.
- You will be responsible for any duties and taxes upon receipt of your package. Please note that there may be customs delays.
- If tracking states that your parcel has been delivered, but you haven't yet received it, please contact your local Customs Agency or Post Office immediately. They will be able to help you.
Returns
- Returns are not accepted, due to hygiene reasons.
- We DO NOT accept returns based on perceived color differences. Due to different monitor settings, lighting conditions, and so on, wig colors can vary slightly, when viewed online or in person.
Our wigs are all painstakingly photographed in-house, under professional studio lighting that is meant to emulate natural light in order to give you the best representation of each wig.
Order Cancellation
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
- After an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Discounts and Sales
- Any and all forms of discounts cannot be applied to orders that contain custom styling or products that have been custom styled.
- One discount is allowed per individual order.
- Discount codes may not be combined with any other and all other types of discounts.
- Discount codes are not applicable for in-person shopping.
Custom Styled Wigs
- Any and all forms of discounts cannot be applied to orders that contain custom styling, products that have been custom styled, or custom made wig accessories.
- If your custom measurements are not returned after our second reminder email, your wig may automatically be rolled into production using our standard measurements.
- Custom Styled wigs are not eligible for return or refund.
- Our standard production time for custom styled wigs is 3-4 weeks. This turnaround time is NOT guaranteed. The time may be shorter or longer depending on order volume at any given time.
