As a cosplayer, most of the wigs I buy are to wear at conventions, in costume. But because I spend a lot of time in wig caps, once I take off my cosplay for the day, I usually have a bad case of wig cap hat head. I got this wig because I wanted to have something pretty to wear after I was done cosplaying for the day, to cover up my hat head. Finally got to wear it at a con this weekend, and I got easily a dozen or more people at different times stopping me to specifically tell me how gorgeous my wig was. The hair on this wig is incredibly full -- it fluffed out all the way over my shoulders and felt (and looked) super glamorous. The styling the wig came with was pretty much perfect out of the bag, and really wearable all day long. I do wish there were more skin tone options on the lace for the lace front -- I have ***** skin and the lighter lace options work best for me, and I know people with darker skin tones than the default option could also use a lace shade that blends better with their scalp and wig cap -- but overall the wig itself is just phenomenal. I only wish they offered the same wig with the part on the opposite side, as it'd be perfect for a character I'm planning to cosplay. :)
